If you are printing from a digital file, the turnaround time is typically by the end of the following business day. This applies to in-store and online orders. If anything needs to be digitized before we can make a print, the turnaround time is a bit longer, usually about a week (5-7 business days).

We can rush most orders, the charge for that is 50% of your order total.
We can! Our process is to scan your original, edit it digitally, then create a reprint and new digital file of the restored image. Your original print is returned to you once the project is complete.

To change HEIC photos, you'll need to use an online conversion website. Google "HEIC to jpg converter". To change the setting on your iPhone, go to: Settings > Camera > Formats > Choose "most compatible to have photos saved in a JPG format at all times.
Start by doing a simple sort of your items. Group like items together in a box or plastic tub. IE: Put all VHS tapes in one box. Put photographs in another. Label items that should be grouped together once digitized, as we can often create file folders with the same name and place your digital files in them. If you're not sure where to begin, we're happy to coach you through the process by phone or in person.

As a print lab we offer graphic design services usually requiring an additional fee of $80/hr with a $20 minimum.
Provided there is nothing illegal about them we can usually print those images. This does remain at the discretion of the employee.
Uncropped images that were captured with a recent model mobile phone can typically produce a high quality 16x20" - 20x30" print. For any print larger than 12x18 we can print off a proof showing you how the final print will look at it’s final size. As if a strip was cut out of the final print.
